BOND SUMMIT IN PERSON SUMMIT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

These In Person Summit Policies and Procedures, the “Policies,” establish the binding registration, attendance, operational, conduct, safety, confidentiality, and administrative policies applicable exclusively to physical, in person events conducted by Bond Summit LLC. These Policies are incorporated into the Bond Summit In Person Summit Terms and Conditions Agreement, the “Terms.” Acceptance of the Terms constitutes acceptance of these Policies.

ARTICLE I. PURPOSE, SCOPE, AND AUTHORITY

1.1 Purpose

These Policies are established for the orderly administration of Bond Summit’s private, curated, in person experiences and to protect the integrity, safety, confidentiality, financial commitments, operational requirements, and community standards associated with such events.

1.2 Scope

These Policies apply to every person who: (a) purchases a Registration; (b) has a Registration purchased on the person’s behalf; (c) accepts an invitation to an In Person Summit; (d) registers for an In Person Summit; (e) enters an In Person Summit venue; (f) participates in Summit transportation, meals, accommodations, programming, activities, or related functions; or (g) otherwise participates in an in person Bond Summit experience.

1.3 Exclusivity

These Policies apply exclusively to in person Bond Summit events and do not govern virtual programs, online courses, digital memberships, software products, or unrelated professional services except where a separate written agreement expressly incorporates these Policies.

1.4 Administrative Authority

Bond Summit shall retain primary authority to administer and enforce these Policies and may designate employees, contractors, event personnel, facilitators, security personnel, venue personnel, or other representatives to implement reasonable operational requirements.

1.5 Interpretation

Questions concerning interpretation or application of these Policies shall be determined by Bond Summit in good faith and consistent with applicable law. A determination in one circumstance shall not obligate Bond Summit to reach the same determination in materially different circumstances.

ARTICLE II. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Individual Registration

Every Registration shall identify a specific Attendee and shall not be issued to an anonymous, unidentified, or unspecified future attendee.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

An applicant or Attendee shall provide materially accurate information during application and registration. Material misrepresentation concerning identity, professional background, affiliation, employment, company ownership, or other information relevant to Bond Summit’s selection process may constitute grounds for denial or revocation of participation.

2.3 Verification and Approval

Bond Summit may require reasonable proof of identity and reserves the right to evaluate prospective Attendees in accordance with legitimate community, capacity, safety, and event objectives, subject to applicable law.

2.4 Previous Attendance and Invitations

Previous attendance at Bond Summit shall not create a contractual right to attend a future Summit. An invitation may be personal and may not be transferred unless Bond Summit expressly provides otherwise in writing.

2.5 Capacity

Bond Summit may limit capacity and, once capacity is reached, shall have no obligation to expand the event, add accommodations, or accept additional Attendees.

ARTICLE III. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT POLICY

3.1 Binding Purchase

A Registration becomes financially binding when the Purchaser completes the applicable purchase or otherwise enters into the payment commitment accepted by Bond Summit.

3.2 Purchase Price and Payment Plans

The Purchaser is responsible for the entire Purchase Price. If Bond Summit authorizes payment in installments, the payment schedule governs only timing and not the existence of the underlying obligation.

3.3 Continued Payment Obligation

The entire unpaid balance shall remain due notwithstanding the Attendee’s failure or inability to attend.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, Bond Summit may: (a) retry the payment; (b) contact the Purchaser; (c) require an alternative payment method; (d) suspend registration privileges; (e) deny attendance until the account is brought current; or (f) pursue other lawful remedies.

3.5 Taxes

The Purchaser shall remain responsible for legally applicable taxes or governmental charges associated with the transaction.

ARTICLE IV. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

4.1 General Rule

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE EXCEPT TO THE LIMITED EXTENT A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY NONWAIVABLE APPLICABLE LAW.

4.2 Material Nature

The no refund policy constitutes a material component of the consideration and risk allocation between Bond Summit and the Purchaser.

4.3 Advance Commitments

The Purchaser acknowledges that Bond Summit may rely upon confirmed Registrations when entering into commitments concerning venues, accommodations, food and beverage, speakers, facilitators, transportation, staff, security, production, equipment, activities, vendors, contractors, insurance, and other event expenditures.

4.4 No Refund Circumstances

Cancellation, nonattendance, partial attendance, late arrival, early departure, illness, injury, medical treatment, hospitalization, travel disruption, airline cancellation or delay, missed connections, visa issues, passport issues, business commitments, employment obligations, family obligations, scheduling conflicts, financial changes, failure to review dates, subjective dissatisfaction, or change of mind shall not create a refund right except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4.5 No Proration

Bond Summit shall not allocate or refund the Purchase Price based on days attended, nights used, meals consumed, activities attended, sessions attended, introductions received, speakers seen, or time physically present.

ARTICLE V. STRICT NO PERSON TO PERSON TRANSFER POLICY

5.1 General Rule

A REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON.

5.2 Prohibited Transfers

A Purchaser or Attendee may not: (a) sell; (b) resell; (c) assign; (d) gift; (e) donate; (f) exchange; (g) substitute; (h) nominate another person; (i) provide the Registration to an employee; (j) provide the Registration to a business partner; (k) provide the Registration to a spouse or family member; or (l) otherwise permit another person to use the Registration.

5.3 Corporate Purchases

Where a business entity purchases a Registration for a designated Attendee, the entity shall have no automatic right to replace that Attendee with another employee, officer, owner, contractor, director, executive, or representative.

5.4 Qualified or Prior Attendees

The fact that a proposed replacement would independently qualify for attendance or has previously attended Bond Summit does not create a transfer right.

5.5 Unauthorized Transfer

Bond Summit may cancel or reject an attempted unauthorized transfer. Such attempted transfer does not create a refund right.

ARTICLE VI. STRICT NO SUMMIT TO SUMMIT TRANSFER POLICY

6.1 General Rule

A REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE SUMMIT TO ANOTHER SUMMIT.

6.2 No Deferrals, Rollovers, or Credits

A Registration is applicable solely to the Summit identified in the registration confirmation. An unused Registration does not become a credit for a future Summit and may not be deferred, rolled over, converted, or applied toward another Summit, gathering, dinner, retreat, workshop, membership, sponsorship, consulting engagement, digital program, product, or service.

6.3 Expiration

An unused Registration expires upon conclusion of the applicable Summit.

ARTICLE VII. EXCEPTIONS AND WAIVERS

7.1 Sole Discretion

No Attendee shall have a contractual entitlement to an exception from Articles IV, V, or VI. Bond Summit may grant an exception in its sole discretion.

7.2 Written Confirmation

No exception shall be effective unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized Bond Summit representative.

7.3 No Precedent

A prior exception shall not: (a) establish a precedent; (b) create a course of dealing; (c) amend these Policies; (d) establish a custom; (e) create an expectation of future accommodation; or (f) waive future enforcement.

7.4 Multiple Prior Exceptions

The fact that Bond Summit may previously have accommodated the same Attendee one or more times shall not obligate Bond Summit to provide another accommodation.

ARTICLE VIII. CHARGEBACK PROCEDURE

A Purchaser asserting a legitimate payment error should contact Bond Summit using the contact information provided on the Site or purchase confirmation. Initiating a chargeback shall not constitute cancellation of the Registration or amendment of these Policies. Bond Summit may respond to a chargeback by producing registration records, acceptance records, payment records, correspondence, attendance records, applicable Terms, these Policies, and proof of availability of the Summit. Nothing herein eliminates any nonwaivable legal or card network right.

ARTICLE IX. EVENT MODIFICATION POLICY

Bond Summit retains discretion to organize and modify Summit programming, schedules, speakers, facilitators, hosts, guests, activities, transportation arrangements, dining locations, gathering locations, room assignments, event spaces, and other logistics. A modification pursuant to this Article shall not independently create a refund, deferral, transfer, or credit right.

ARTICLE X. POSTPONEMENT, RELOCATION, AND CANCELLATION

Bond Summit may postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or restructure a Summit where reasonably necessary or advisable and may establish replacement dates or venues. To the maximum extent permitted by law, existing Registrations may be applied automatically to replacement dates. If Bond Summit permanently cancels an entire Summit and does not designate a replacement, Bond Summit shall provide any remedy required by applicable law. Except where required by law, Bond Summit shall not reimburse independent travel, airfare, separate hotel reservations, rental cars, visas, lost wages, lost business opportunities, insurance, or other collateral expenses.

ARTICLE XI. FORCE MAJEURE PROCEDURE

A force majeure event means a circumstance outside Bond Summit’s reasonable control that materially affects the Summit, including natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, governmental actions, border restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, infrastructure failures, security threats, or critical vendor failures. Bond Summit may respond by rescheduling, postponing, relocating, modifying, abbreviating, restructuring, suspending, or cancelling some or all of the affected Summit. Financial treatment shall be governed by the Terms and applicable law.

ARTICLE XII. TRAVEL POLICY

Each Attendee is responsible for travel arrangements, passports, visas, identification, travel authorizations, and other required documents unless expressly stated otherwise. Attendees should arrange transportation reasonably calculated to permit timely arrival. Bond Summit shall not be required to recreate group transportation or programming missed because of late arrival. Notice of a travel delay does not create a refund or accommodation obligation. Attendees are responsible for independently determining whether travel insurance or refundable travel arrangements are appropriate.

ARTICLE XIII. CHECK IN AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Bond Summit may establish required check in procedures and may require government issued or other reasonable identification. Event credentials, badges, wristbands, access codes, room keys, and similar items may be personal to the Attendee and may not be shared. Access to restricted spaces may be limited to authorized persons. Attempted unauthorized entry may result in removal.

ARTICLE XIV. ACCOMMODATION POLICY

Where lodging is included, Bond Summit may determine the property, room assignment, building, room category, occupancy arrangement, and related details. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no particular view, floor, building, suite, room number, bed type, roommate, or room configuration is guaranteed. Bond Summit may substitute reasonably comparable accommodations. Attendees are responsible for personal incidental expenses and damage caused by them.

ARTICLE XV. FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND DIETARY POLICY

Bond Summit may request dietary information before the Summit and may make reasonable efforts to communicate timely dietary requests to applicable vendors. Bond Summit does not guarantee an allergen free preparation or dining environment. Attendees with potentially serious allergies or medical dietary restrictions remain responsible for exercising appropriate care.

ARTICLE XVI. ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol may be consumed only by persons legally permitted to consume it and consumption is voluntary. Each Attendee is responsible for personal consumption and resulting conduct. Bond Summit or an applicable venue may restrict or cease service to an Attendee. Unsafe or materially disruptive conduct associated with intoxication may result in removal.

ARTICLE XVII. HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Each Attendee is responsible for determining whether participation is medically appropriate, maintaining personal medications, and taking appropriate precautions concerning medical conditions. Bond Summit may contact emergency services where reasonably necessary, and the Attendee shall remain financially responsible for services rendered. Attendees shall comply with reasonable safety instructions issued by Bond Summit, venue personnel, activity providers, transportation providers, or emergency personnel.

ARTICLE XVIII. COMMUNICABLE DISEASE POLICY

Attendees acknowledge the inherent possibility of exposure to communicable illness in group settings. Bond Summit may adopt reasonable health measures appropriate to circumstances existing at the time of the Summit but does not guarantee a disease free environment.

ARTICLE XIX. ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS

Certain activities may be optional, and activity providers may require additional waivers, disclosures, identification, age requirements, or other conditions. If an Attendee declines a required third party waiver, the Attendee may be unable to participate, and such inability shall not create a refund right. The Attendee shall evaluate personal ability and comply with reasonable instructions from qualified activity personnel.

ARTICLE XX. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY

Attendees shall conduct themselves in a professional, lawful, respectful, and nonthreatening manner. Prohibited conduct includes: (a) violence; (b) threats; (c) stalking; (d) harassment; (e) intimidation; (f) unlawful discrimination; (g) unwanted sexual conduct; (h) persistent unwanted communication; (i) theft; (j) fraud; (k) destruction of property; (l) material disruption; (m) illegal substance activity; (n) dangerous conduct; (o) material breach of confidentiality; (p) unauthorized recording; (q) material misrepresentation; (r) aggressive solicitation; and (s) intentional interference with event operations.

ARTICLE XXI. HARASSMENT AND SAFETY COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

An Attendee who reasonably believes a significant safety or harassment issue has occurred should report it to a Bond Summit representative as promptly as practicable and provide sufficient information for reasonable evaluation. Bond Summit may investigate using procedures it considers appropriate and may implement interim measures. Bond Summit may attempt reasonable discretion but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality where investigation, safety, fairness, or law requires disclosure. Bond Summit shall not be required to disclose confidential details regarding disciplinary action involving another person.

ARTICLE XXII. REMOVAL AND EXPULSION PROCEDURE

Bond Summit may remove an Attendee for material violation of the Terms, these Policies, applicable law, venue rules, or reasonable safety instructions and may act immediately where circumstances warrant. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, removal shall not require a formal adjudicatory hearing. A removed Attendee shall promptly comply with reasonable departure instructions. Removal for cause shall not create a refund, credit, transfer, or deferral right except where required by law.

ARTICLE XXIII. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

Nonpublic information disclosed under circumstances reasonably understood as confidential shall be treated as confidential. An Attendee shall not disclose, publish, distribute, reproduce, record, sell, exploit, or knowingly use another participant’s Confidential Information without proper authorization. An Attendee shall not publish such information through social media, podcasts, articles, videos, newsletters, databases, group messages, websites, or other distribution channels without authorization. Nothing herein prohibits disclosure required by applicable law or valid legal process.

ARTICLE XXIV. RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

Private sessions shall not be recorded by Attendees unless expressly authorized. Unauthorized audio recording, video recording, livestreaming, transcription, or systematic capture of restricted Summit content is prohibited. Personal photography may occur in permitted areas, subject to reasonable respect for other participants’ privacy. Bond Summit may designate official photography and videography personnel.

ARTICLE XXV. SOLICITATION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT POLICY

Bond Summit is intended to facilitate genuine interpersonal and professional relationships rather than indiscriminate commercial solicitation. Attendees may naturally discuss their businesses, services, investments, and professional interests. Bond Summit may prohibit: (a) repeated unsolicited sales approaches; (b) persistent pitching after a person declines; (c) mass distribution of solicitations; (d) unauthorized harvesting of attendee contact details; (e) automated prospecting using attendee information; (f) commercial pressure tactics; or (g) materially disruptive promotional conduct.

ARTICLE XXVI. ATTENDEE INFORMATION POLICY

Information voluntarily exchanged between Attendees may be used for appropriate relationship and networking purposes. Attendee information may not be sold or distributed as a list without authorization. Attendees shall comply with applicable consent and marketing laws before using another person’s information for mass marketing. Systematic scraping or harvesting of attendee information is prohibited.

ARTICLE XXVII. BUSINESS, INVESTMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL DEALINGS

Transactions between Attendees are undertaken independently. Every Attendee shall conduct independent diligence appropriate to a transaction. Attendance does not constitute endorsement by Bond Summit, and Bond Summit does not guarantee the legitimacy, performance, creditworthiness, solvency, legal compliance, competence, or suitability of another participant. Attendees should obtain their own legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, or other professional advice when appropriate.

ARTICLE XXVIII. EVENT MATERIALS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Bond Summit and applicable licensors retain ownership of Event Materials. Materials intentionally provided for retention may be used for lawful personal or internal business purposes unless otherwise specified. Attendees may not reproduce Event Materials for sale, external training, competing events, paid programs, or commercial redistribution without authorization. Bond Summit logos and branding may not be used in a manner suggesting unauthorized endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship.

ARTICLE XXIX. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND SECURITY

Each Attendee remains responsible for personal property and should exercise appropriate care concerning valuables. Bond Summit may maintain a reasonable lost property process but does not guarantee recovery. Bond Summit may establish credential, access, security, or identity verification procedures, and Attendees shall comply with reasonable security instructions.

ARTICLE XXX. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

An Attendee may be held responsible for property damage caused by that Attendee’s wrongful or negligent conduct. Where a venue charges Bond Summit for damage properly attributable to an Attendee, Bond Summit may seek reimbursement from the responsible Attendee to the extent permitted by law.

ARTICLE XXXI. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

Certain services may be supplied by independent third parties. Attendees shall comply with reasonable rules established by such providers, and a third party provider may require execution of a separate agreement or waiver. Independent conduct of a third party shall not automatically be imputed to Bond Summit.

ARTICLE XXXII. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

An Attendee seeking a legally required reasonable accommodation should provide Bond Summit notice sufficiently in advance when practicable. Bond Summit may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request in accordance with applicable law. Requests reflecting personal preferences rather than legally required accommodations remain subject to availability and Bond Summit’s discretion.

ARTICLE XXXIII. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

During an emergency, Attendees shall follow instructions from emergency responders, venue management, security personnel, transportation providers, and Bond Summit personnel. Bond Summit may suspend, move, cancel, or modify programming in response to an emergency. Attendees shall promptly comply with lawful or reasonable evacuation instructions.

ARTICLE XXXIV. EVENT COMMUNICATIONS

Attendees shall provide accurate contact information and are responsible for reviewing material event communications. Bond Summit may communicate schedule changes, arrival instructions, transportation details, venue information, and other operational updates electronically. Failure to read a properly transmitted logistical communication does not automatically excuse noncompliance or create a refund right.

ARTICLE XXXV. SPEAKERS, FACILITATORS, AND GUESTS

The identity, availability, and schedule of speakers, facilitators, advisors, hosts, and guests may change. Attendance does not guarantee private meetings, direct introductions, one to one time, contact information, or continuing access to any particular person. Statements of a speaker or guest shall not necessarily constitute statements or positions of Bond Summit.

ARTICLE XXXVI. RESULTS AND EXPECTATIONS

Bond Summit does not guarantee any specific result from attendance, including meeting a particular participant, obtaining a transaction, generating revenue, receiving investment or funding, creating a partnership, obtaining clients, achieving business growth, establishing a personal relationship, experiencing personal transformation, or receiving an invitation to a future Summit.

ARTICLE XXXVII. PRIVACY AND EVENT MEDIA

Bond Summit may process information reasonably necessary to administer the Summit and may retain professional photographers or videographers. Bond Summit may identify particular spaces, conversations, sessions, or activities in which photography or recording is prohibited. Attendees shall comply with such designations.

ARTICLE XXXVIII. COMPLAINTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUESTS

Administrative requests or complaints should be submitted through Bond Summit’s designated contact channel and should identify the applicable Attendee, Summit, and nature of the issue. Bond Summit may review requests based upon applicable circumstances and documentation. Submission of a request does not suspend or modify payment or other contractual obligations unless Bond Summit expressly confirms otherwise in writing.

ARTICLE XXXIX. ENFORCEMENT

Depending upon the circumstances, Bond Summit may: (a) provide guidance; (b) issue a warning; (c) restrict participation in an activity; (d) limit access; (e) require corrective conduct; (f) remove an Attendee; (g) prohibit future attendance; or (h) exercise another lawful contractual remedy. Bond Summit is not required to employ progressive discipline where immediate or stronger intervention is reasonably warranted. Different factual circumstances may result in different enforcement decisions, and failure to enforce a Policy in one instance does not waive future enforcement.

ARTICLE XL. FUTURE ATTENDANCE

Participation in one Summit does not create a right to participate in another. Bond Summit may require a new application or approval and may decline future participation consistent with applicable law.

ARTICLE XLI. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS

These Policies form part of the Terms. If these Policies conflict irreconcilably with the Terms, the Terms control unless these Policies expressly state that a specifically identified provision supersedes the Terms. Reasonable venue, safety, activity, and operational rules may supplement these Policies.

ARTICLE XLII. AMENDMENT AND ADMINISTRATION

Bond Summit may revise these Policies prospectively and may implement reasonable operational or safety procedures necessary for an upcoming or ongoing Summit. Nothing herein authorizes retroactive elimination of a nonwaivable legal right.

ARTICLE XLIII. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Policies is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the affected provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ARTICLE XLIV. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. A courtesy, exception, or accommodation shall not amend these Policies unless expressly stated in writing.

ARTICLE XLV. MATERIAL POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, accepting, or attending an In Person Summit, the Purchaser and Attendee expressly acknowledge and agree that: ALL SALES ARE FINAL; REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE EXCEPT TO THE LIMITED EXTENT A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY NONWAIVABLE APPLICABLE LAW; A REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON; A REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER SUMMIT; A REGISTRATION MAY NOT BE DEFERRED OR ROLLED OVER TO A FUTURE EVENT; AN UNUSED REGISTRATION DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CREATE A CREDIT OR ACCOUNT BALANCE; AN EXCEPTION PREVIOUSLY GRANTED BY BOND SUMMIT DOES NOT CREATE A RIGHT TO A FUTURE EXCEPTION; FAILURE TO ATTEND DOES NOT CANCEL AN OUTSTANDING PAYMENT OBLIGATION; PARTIAL ATTENDANCE DOES NOT CREATE A PRORATED REFUND; BOND SUMMIT MAY CHANGE SPEAKERS, PROGRAMMING, ACTIVITIES, SCHEDULES, VENUES, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND OTHER EVENT COMPONENTS AS PROVIDED IN THE TERMS; AN ATTENDEE MAY BE REMOVED FOR MATERIAL VIOLATION OF THE TERMS, THESE POLICIES, APPLICABLE LAW, OR REASONABLE SAFETY AND VENUE REQUIREMENTS; AND REMOVAL FOR CAUSE DOES NOT CREATE A REFUND, TRANSFER, DEFERRAL, OR CREDIT RIGHT EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY NONWAIVABLE LAW.

These Policies constitute material conditions of every In Person Summit Registration.
